Learning Conversation:
A Learning Conversation is a framework for professionals to learn, develop, reflect and review how they are working with a child or young person in order to problem solve together and think differently. In working in this way, it will support progressing a child's plan and strengthen how everyone is working together.
The Learning Conversation is not ‘supervision' as it does not provide a framework for case decision making but focuses on professional continuous development, sharing learning and undertaking reflection.
